The Russian Army Museum in Penza opened a new exposition. It showcases uniforms, weapons, equipment, and awards of the Russian army officers, which were stored in the foreign museums' collections for almost a century. It also features a lot of documents and merit badges of soldiers from various settlements of the region that participated in the First World War.

Some exhibits were bought at auctions in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, others were delivered from Paris, New Jersey, and San Francisco. Items were stored in the families of the emigrated white officers who served in regiments formed on the territory of the modern Penza Region.
