Marking the Year of Memory and Glory: Website about the battles in the Crimea and its heroes launched

Ivan Franko Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library developed a thematic site devoted to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and military operations on the territory of the peninsula. It was arranged in the framework of the Year of Memory and Glory and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea. The creation of the resource was launched in the year of the 75th anniversary of the Victory. It is symbolic that the website was released on the eve of the Victory Parade.

The information resource will include local history information of a patriotic character. It will form civic consciousness among the younger generation, and assist with educational processes as well as research and scientific activities.
