World History and Culture: "Magic of the East" exhibition from the collection of the Sverdlovsk Regional Local Lore Museum opened in Yelabuga

The "Magic of the East" exhibition from the collection of the Onesime Clerc Sverdlovsk Regional Local Lore Museum was opened in the Exhibition Hall of the Yelabuga State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve.
The exposition spotlights collections of objects of the XX – XXI centuries from China, Japan, Mongolia, Nepal and such Russian regions as Siberia and the Far East. Special attention is paid to the arts and crafts of China and Japan. The separate ethnographic complexes are devoted to Dungan people, Buryats and Tuvans. The exhibition also showcases the famous religious and philosophical triad of the East: Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.
The "Magic of the East" exhibition will run until August 6.
