On September 10, 2020, the Museum of Russian Impressionism (Moscow) launched the exhibition "Sergey Vinogradov. Painted Life", devoted to the brilliant Russian painter of the circle of Konstantin Korovin and Valentin Serov and the prominent art consultant in Russia of the early XX century.

An extensive personal exhibition of the master brings together more than 60 paintings from all over Russia. Also, for the first time, it showcases the works from the Baltic countries, where Sergei Vinogradov lived since 1924.

Until now, Sergei Vinogradov's legacy has not been presented so thoroughly. The exhibition of the Museum of Russian Impressionism presents the master's paintings along with his memories and previously unpublished photographs.

The artist was a member of the Moscow art circle and influenced the development of Russian art. He was one of the organizers and an active participant in exhibitions of the Union of Russian Artists and the First Exhibition of Russian Art in the United States in 1924.

Sergei Vinogradov knew Igor Grabar and Sergei Diaghilev, fished with Fyodor Chaliapin, visited the Mamontov family at the Golovinka estate, and played cards with Leo Tolstoy. The exhibition includes the works "By Konstantin Korovin'', "Play. 1914", "House in Yasnaya Polyana from the Side of the Terrace". They remind of the artist's close relationships with prominent representatives of Russian culture.
