Libraries and Society: International Scientific Conference "Library Science-2020. Library in the Digital Economy" held in an online format

"Skvortsov Readings" - XXIII International Scientific Conference "Library Science-2020. Library in the Digital Economy: Opportunities, Prospects, Risks” are held by the Moscow State Institute of Culture via videoconferencing mode on October 19, 2020. The conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Konstantin Ivanovich Abramov (1920-2001) is held under the auspices of two RLA Sections - the Section for the Library Profession, Personnel and Continuing Education and the Section for Library Management and Marketing.

"Skvortsov Readings - 2020" are held on October 19 - the day of the 100th anniversary of K. I. Abramov. They are offered in the format of a general plenary online meeting and two sections - "Library theory and practice in the emerging digital economy" and "Human resources policy in the library and information sphere: from the present to the future". An offline Memorial conference “K. I. Abramov - a scientist, teacher, person" will be held as part of the Conference.
