A thematic installation of lightboxes with photographs of the parade on Red Square on November 7, 1941, was erected on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow.

Media screens with footage of the war chronicle are located in front of the monument to Marshal Zhukov. Installation is a cascade of lightboxes arranged above the round platform. The pictures may be viewed from any point around. Besides, the side screens represent a slideshow with photographs of soldiers.

Because of the coronavirus situation, the traditional solemn march, devoted to the forthcoming anniversary of the 1941 military parade on November 7, has been cancelled.

But, the city authorities are planning to hold several commemorative events on November 7, marking the 79th anniversary of the parade. These are photo exhibitions and installations on Arbat, Manezhnaya and Red squares.
