Memory of Russia: Victory Museum in Moscow to discuss the results of the Year of Memory and Glory and mark Heroes of the Fatherland Day

On December 9, 2020, the Victory Museum will hold the All-Russian Patriotic Forum to discuss the results of the Year of Memory and Glory. The online event will bring together over three thousand people from all over the country. The broadcast will be available on the museum website.

The ceremony will be held for the best institutions, projects and volunteers. There will be winners in 11 nominations: Project of the Year, Personal Example, New Generation: Memory of War, Modern Technologies and Formats, Educational Project of the Year, Scientific Project, Memory We Are Responsible for, Cultural Project, Corporate Participation, The Best Regional Administration of the Year of Memory and Glory, Successful Start/New Traditions and The Best Patriotic Project for Fostering an Environmental Friendliness.

The plenary sessions of the forum will engage leading experts - social activists, scientists and politicians. They will discuss national projects through the prism ​​of patriotic ideas. Special attention will be paid to the discussion of the transit from the state program to the federal project Patriotic Education of Citizens.

Also, the forum on December 10-11, will feature three expert sessions: The Sides of Patriotism, The Future of Patriotic Education, Development of Key Skills.

Also, the Victory Museum developed an online program marking Heroes of the Fatherland Day on December 9. The Museum website will promote the film-interview My War. V. I. Dolgikh, created in 2013.

The portal will also provide art workshops Symbol of Memory and Eternal Fire.
