Memory of the World: Memorial complex devoted to the Northern convoys to create in Saint-Petersburg

A large memorial complex devoted to the Northern convoys will be created at the college of the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping in Saint-Petersburg.

The complex will include the Northern Convoys International Centre already functioning in the city. The college territory will house a thematic open-air museum. Its exposition will feature a submarine, a torpedo boat, an aeroplane, a tank and guns. The project's authors plan to create the world's largest museum of the Northern convoys.
