Society and book culture: XVI International Book Forum "Russian West" held in Pskov

April 14-17, 2021 the Pskov Regional Universal Scientific Library is holding the XVI International Book Forum "Russian West".

The forum is held annually with the support of the Administration of Pskov Region and is one of the most significant cultural events in Pskov land in the promotion of books and reading.

The program of the Book Forum includes rewarding the winners of the XXV Regional Competition "Pskov Book - 2020"; for residents of Pskov - a book fair "BOOK-OPEN" with the participation of publishing houses in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Pskov, a master class by photo artist Oleg Golishnikov (Moscow), opening of art exhibitions. Traditionally, there will be held Children's Book Day, Orthodox Book Day, presentations of books by Pskov authors within the framework of the Pskov Page as well as meetings with the writers.
