Internet and History: Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation released archival documents devoted to the role of the Red Army in the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazi invaders

The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation released archival documents from the collections of the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defence, devoted to the role of the Red Army in the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazi invaders.

Unique declassified documents prevent the falsification of history and prove the decisive role of the Red Army in the liberation of Czechoslovakia.

The official portal of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation launched a new multimedia section "...Prague is Saved. No right to Forget, Rewrite, Distort" as part of the "No Statute of Limitations" project. The new section spotlights the Prague strategic offensive operation.

The publication of declassified documents of the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on the last strategic operation of the Red Army in the Great Patriotic War aims at preserving and defending the historical truth, glorifying the exploits of Soviet soldiers and preventing the falsifications of history.

Archival documents included in the multimedia section have been declassified and released within the framework of the "No Statute of Limitations" project, realized on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation.
