On July 17, 2021, the Victory Museum relaunched the updated exhibition project "Victory Relics". The temporary exhibition highlights the heroic work of doctors during the Battle of Stalingrad, the largest battle of the Great Patriotic War, which marked the beginning of a radical change.

The exhibition features a sanitary bag of 1940, which belonged to nurse Klavdia Annenkova, a participant in the Battle of Stalingrad. The nurse also took part in the battle on the Kursk Bulge and the Dnieper. She liberated Ukraine, Hungary and Austria, where she completed her combat way together with the 36th Guards Rifle Division.

Besides, visitors will see Klavdia Annenkova's medal "For the Defence of Stalingrad" and photographs.

The temporary exhibition will run until August 16, 2021. The "Relics of Victory" project spotlights the new and most exciting acquisitions in the museum collections and portrays contemporary military heroes. The current exposition is available in the Exhibition Gallery of the Victory Museum and updates once a month.
