Internet and Society: Online service "Ready to Digital Economy" launched in Russia
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the consortium for the development of digital literacy will launch an educational resource of the readiness to the digital economy as part of the national program Digital Economy. The new portal is an aggregator of services for testing the level of digital literacy, training in safe and effective work with digital technology.
Eighteen companies took part in the creation of the resource. In March of this year, they formed a consortium for digital literacy and digital economy competencies development. It included University 2035, NAFI, Russian Railways, ROCIT, Sberbank, HSE University, Megafon, Rostelecom, University of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities, ER-Telecom Holding, Aktion-MCFER, Electronic Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Certification Association, IT Hub, ANO KSA, Specialist Training Center, IKRA School and Severgroup TT. Companies proposed their projects to help users improve their digital competencies.
The service provides structured information in various formats - lectures, tests for self-assessment of competencies, educational and informational materials. The companies - consortium participants and experts of the federal project "Human Resources for the Digital Economy", proved the relevance of the materials.
The resource has already collected more than 200 materials about information and data management, digital communications, security and data protection, digital content creation, solutions in the digital space, self-development under uncertainty, creative and critical thinking.
The companies will jointly develop the project and improve it with educational solutions by partners - Yandex, Mail.ru Group, Russian Post and Gazpromneft.
