Information Technology and Museums: Digital Development Museum School to promote a series of online lectures

The Digital Development Museum School is an ICOM Russia project created by the Council for the Digital Development of Museums. It presents a series of ten online lectures for museum managers and specialists.

Online lectures of the series "Tools and Technologies" will help increase the digital literacy of employees and leaders of cultural institutions. They are available on the CORE platform until December 31. Each course includes training videos and texts, exercises, tests and creative assignments. Participants who complete the program and pass the final exam will receive a digital non-personalized diploma.

The series includes ten courses: "Conducting Online Events", "Highlights of Video Recording for Museums", "Culture of Digital Communications", "Recording and Editing of Audio Guides", "Digital Data in Museums: Storage and Basics of Processing", "Highlights of Digital Accessibility", "Highlights of Video Editing for Museums", "Photography in Museums", "Practice of Using Electronic Worksheets" and "Preparing Professional Presentations". They are available after registration on the project’s website.
