Memorable dates of Russia: Events timed to the birthday of Alexander Blok held in St. Petersburg

November 28, 2021 marks the 141th anniversary of the birth of the poet Alexander Blok. The State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg has prepared a program of events, including a series of lectures, a concert and an international scientific conference "Block Readings - 2021: in memory of Alexander Blok", which took place on November 25-26 at the Institute of Russian Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Pushkin House) and the Blok Museum-Apartment.

November 28 will host a literary and musical composition “Alexander Blok. Iambs. On the occasion of the poet's birthday”. Poems by Alexander Blok and works dedicated to him will be performed.
