History and culture: Exhibition project "The Aksakovs - Family - Russia" presented in Smolensk Region

The Griboyedov State Historical, Cultural and Natural Museum-Reserve "Khmelita" (Smolensk Region) launched the All-Russian exhibition project "The Aksakovs - Family - Russia". The exhibition is dedicated to the 230th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Timofeevich Aksakov and his family as a unique phenomenon in Russian culture of the 19th century.

The exposition dedicated to the 230th anniversary of the writer's birth features pictorial and graphic portraits, photographs and manuscripts, documents, letters and books of the Aksakov family and their literary environment.
