Memorable dates in Russia: The exhibition "Peterhof - a place of Peter's memory" marking the 350th anniversary of the birth of Peter I opened in Petrozavodsk

The Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Karelia (Petrozavodsk) opened an exhibition project "Peterhof - a place of Peter's memory", prepared by the Peterhof State Museum-Reserve. The project was organized to mark the 350th anniversary of the birth of Peter the Great and opens a large-scale program of events at the Peterhof Museum-Reserve dedicated to the milestone anniversary for Russia. The exhibition introduces the personality of the emperor through a unique collection of artifacts from the time of Peter the Great and the history of the creation of his favorite palace - Monplaisir.

The exhibition will run until April 20, 2022.
