Internet and history: Coats of arms of noble families presented on the website of the Main Archive of Moscow

As part of the Days of Historical and Cultural Heritage campaign the Main Archival Administration of the City of Moscow opened access to unique documents closely related to the history of Moscow. Users have opportunity to see hand-made images of coats of arms of 23 noble families, whose representatives at different times, until the beginning of the 20th century, ruled the city and province. The materials are placed in the Unique Documents section on the institution’s official website.
