Internet and Regions of Russia: The tourist portal Discover Moscow launched a section “For Children”

New section For Children has been opened on the capital’s official tourist portal Discover Moscow. According to Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalya Sergunina, it features locations and events that will be interesting for both adults and children – from theaters and interactive museums to amusement parks and cafes.

«Moscow is a popular destination for cultural and educational, business, event, gastronomic tourism and, of course, for family travel. Last year, the city was visited by about 3.8 million young travelers – 30 percent more than in 2020. The capital has many places, where guests and residents can spend time with their children. Excursions, master-classes, interactive exhibitions and artistic performances take place in museums, theaters, cultural centers and parks. The new thematic section on the Discover Moscow portal features the most vivid events and ideas for a family holiday», Natalya Sergunina said.

Information on various picturesque sites with playgrounds, well-maintained natural areas and ponds for boating is also available on the portal.
