Libraries and Society: Photo exhibition on the creation of model libraries opened in Sheremetyevo Alexander S. Pushkin International Airport

The photo exhibition SVOya Library, organized by the Russian State Library (Moscow) with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, has opened in Terminal B of Sheremetyevo Alexander S. Pushkin International Airport.

The photo exhibition tells about the creation of model libraries within the framework of the national project Culture, about the initiative for the development of creative industries Genius of the Place and a mobile reading application NEB Svet. 

Passengers will have an opportunity to learn about the results of the modernization of 850 municipal libraries across the country, be inspired by the creative possibilities of talent concentration points and download their favourite books from the application to their smartphone so that the time in flight flies by unnoticed. The exhibition includes text and visual materials, as well as QR codes with links to information resources.

The exhibition SVOya Library will run until January 14, 2023.
