Internet and Libraries: Online service “Libraries of Moscow” presents selections of books for the New Year and Christmas

On the eve of the New Year and Christmas, the book search and booking service Libraries of Moscow published special selections of books for adults and children. These works will create a festive mood and help readers to dive into the winter atmosphere.

“Each selection features 30 books, including works of Russian and foreign classics, modern writers, as well as educational literature that introduces readers to the history of the New Year and holiday traditions of different countries. The owners of library cards have an opportunity to book the publications they like by choosing a convenient library through the service. Books can be picked up by using a plastic library card, or by showing the librarian a barcode with the card’s number on a smartphone. One can quickly access it by setting up a widget in their personal account on mos.ru”, – representatives of the press office of the Department of IT of the City of Moscow said.
