Marking the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Battle of Stalingrad: Military historical reconstruction of the capture of the headquarters of the 6th Army of the Wehrmacht and its commander F. Paulus presented in Volgograd

On January 31, 2023 – the 80th anniversary of the capture of the headquarters of the 6th Army of the Wehrmacht and its commander, Field Marshal F. Paulus, the military historical reconstruction of this most important event will be shown in the Museum “Memory” in Volgograd.

According to the organizers, “the reconstruction was prepared by the specialists of the Museum-Reserve “Battle of Stalingrad” together with the Military Historical Club “Infantryman” with the support of the Volgograd regional branch of the Russian Military Historical Society”.

On this day, visitors to the Museum “Memory” will also have an opportunity to see the reconstruction of the work of the German hospital, which was located in the basement of the Stalingrad Department Store until January 31, 1943.
