Problems of Innovative Education are Discussed at Baikal Lake

All-Russia Baikal Educational Forum (BEF) "Innovative Education for Innovative Society" opened today in the capital of Buryatiya. More than 650 delegates from 24 regions of the Russian Federation are discussing the problems of education in Russia. Among the participants of the Forum there are delegations of teachers from Mongolia and China. The Forum will last until August, 8th. Among the issues to be considered are quality of education improvement, new payment system for teachers, Single State Examination problems and other pressing topics. Representatives of Buryatiya and teachers from Mongolia will continue negotiations concerning the ways of popularization of the Russian language in Mongolia and the Mongolian language in Buryatiya.
