Internet resources: WebReading – a brand new free e-library

Nowadays the e-book market in Russia seems ambiguous. On the one hand, formally this is an illegal content and many e-libraries are now gradually moving towards the licensed basis with monthly fees or fees for certain books (e.g. the famous ”Librusek” or Bookee, a new shop which provides an opportunity to download a small book’s portion for free and buy the rest part for a rather considerable sum of money, still this is a book of a good quality).

Thus it is scarcely surprising, that the appearance of new Internet libraries, which provide a good content with a nice design, in different formats and absolutely gratis, attracts a keen interest. WebReading – falls into this category, and this portal is likely to become if not an absolute leader, but at least one of the boomings in its sector.

WebReading is very easy to use. It releases web users from the registration or any other tiresome actions. Its front page provides two urgent links “Authors” and “Genres”, which help to find the necessary book.  In the search line of retrieval system you can type the name of the author or the book’s title.

One can easily download the book or read it online on Readr.ru. By the way, like on FictionBook, the text here neither can be saved nor copied due to a special mechanism which prevents doing this. But there is no need to do it: a book is downloadable from links in one of supported formats.
