Defender of the Fatherland Day: Ski agitation campaign to mark 65th Great Victory Anniversary

An agitation ski race, marking the 65^th Great Victory Anniversary will be launched on the Defender of the Fatherland Day in Novosibirsk oblast, informed Valery Yarov, Head of the Novosibirsk oblast Department for Physical Culture and Sport.

"Within 4 days of the ski campaign the participants are going to cover a distance of about 400 km through six oblast’s populated areas", - explained Mr Yarov.  In the final stage of campaign in the village Ordynskoye veterans of sport will participate in the 4^th Winter sports contest among municipal establishments of Novosibirsk oblast.

The agitation ski campaign will be mounted on February, 23 at 10:30 a.m. (07:30 a.m. Moscow time) at the Monument of Glory in Leninsky district, Novosibibsk.
