President of Russian Federation: Dmitry A. Medvedev awards certificates on granting “City of Military Glory” honorary title

The President of Russia Dmitry A. Medvedev awarded governors of Volokolamsk, Bryansk, Nalchik, Vyborg and Kalach-on-Don certificates granting the honorary title “City of Military Glory”.

Decrees on granting honorary titles to these cities were signed by the President on March, 25 2010. There are currently 27 cities of military glory in Russia.
