IT and authority: Session of the Working group “Space and telecommunications”

The session of the Working group №6 “Space and telecommunications” under the Commission of the President of the Russian Federation on modernization and technological development of Russia’s economics took place on June 4.

High on the agenda were the project “Creation of information environment in the surface, air and space environment – space Internet “Kosmonet”. Within the framework of the “Social socket” project radio sets in flats will be matched with TV and Internet ports. Participants of the session paid special attention to the improved project, aimed at creation of telecommunication multiservice access networks.
