Human resources consulting agency Arthur Hunt Group is looking for specialists to contribute to the development of the new search system – “national search engine” aimed to meet the government’s needs.

The idea of creation of the “national search engine” has been being discussed at the RF Ministry of Communications and Mass Media from the end of the last year. The project approved, the new search engine unlike already existing will consider the government’s needs. Thus it is planned to “provide access to safe data and filtration of websites with illegal content”.

Arthur Hunt Group agency is said to ask qualified specialists of “Yandex”, Mail.Ru and Rambler to change their jobs. In particular, the need is for search specialists, linguists and heads of groups of developers.

The team is now being gathered for a “creation of major search system supported by the government”; it is even expected to leave “Yandex” behind in the future. The project’s budget may amount to $100 million.

The team is reported to be grouped within three months, whereas the new search system is supposed to be launched the next year.
