Regions of Russia: Internet portal for disabled students opened

Social Internet portal ‘Znayem-mozhem’ (We know – we can) has launched. The site is to contribute to participation of disabled students in social life. The project was created by National Council for Russian Youth Associations, AGT Communication Agency and ‘Brightly!’ design studio with the support of the RF Education and Science Ministry.

According to Altai Krai Administration of Education and Youth Affairs, the portal will present useful information on modern education technologies meant to make qualified education available for all, principal laws on education and human rights, information on different education types and educational institutions, including those that provide educational programs for disabled children.

‘Znayem-mozhem’ portal presents reference information on culture institutions accessible for disabled persons: cinemas, museums, libraries. It publishes regularly up-to-date news on the Russian education development, expositions, premiers announcements, specialized books and films, job vacancies.

www.znaem-mozhem.ru is an a open territory for communication, initiatives and discussions of young people where they can express their opinion, share their problems and find solutions, exchange their experience and impressions, make new friends.
