Libraries of Russia: N. M. Yadrintsev Barnaul library welcomes to celebrate the “The National Flag Day”

The N. M. Yadrintsev Central City Library in Barnaul has prepared a video presentation called “The National Flag of Russia: history and modern times". The library welcomes to attend the video presentation which will be launched on August 20, exactly when the holiday “The National Flag Day” is celebrated in Russia.

“By celebrating the Day of the National Flag we become a part of the great state, we are proud to be the children of the Great Russia, - stress librarians. – At the presentation you will learn when and where the white-blue-red flag was lifted for the first time; who is considered the “father” of the Russian tricolor and many other exiting facts from the history of the national flag".

The video presentation will kick off on August 20 at 1 p.m. at the N. M.Yadrintsev Central City Library Reading Room.
