Presidential library: Cooperation in creation of electronic resources in the spotlight at the meeting with regional specialists

On September 20 the Boris Yeltsin Presidential library welcomed the Deputy Director for Library Processes’ Automation of the Belgorod State Universal Scientific Library N. V. Sorokoletova, Deputy Director for Automation and New Technologies Implementation of the M. Gorky Vladimir Oblast Universal Scientific Library L.V. Novinskaya, Deputy Director for Automation of the A.M. Gorky Tver Oblast Universal Scientific Library V.I. Verzilov.  Regional specialists met with the Deputy Director General of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential library Ye.D. Zhabko. High on the agenda were the prospects of cooperation in creation of theme collections, participation of regional library centers in joint projects, possibilities of transfer of the ready content with accompanying metadata.  Apart from this participants turned the spotlight on technological issues of data exchange.
