Regions of Russia: Innovative approaches to library performance discussed in Ryazan

The biennial regional intercollegiate scientific and practical conference “Library as a part of modern educational university environment” is being held on October 19 - 22 2010 at the facility of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University (RGRTU).

This year the conference turns the spotlight on the performance of libraries from the position of modern Information Technologies. Among other topics for discussion are innovative approaches to librarianship, improvement of training system of library specialists, implementation of the quality management system into library performance.

Within the framework of the conference will take place the meeting of zonal council of RF Central District Higher and Secondary educational institutions librarians.
