Russian culture abroad: Construction of the Russian spiritual and cultural center in Paris to be launched in 2012

The construction works of the future Russian spiritual and cultural center in Paris will be mounted in 2012, announced Vladimir Kozhin, Head of the Department of Presidential Affairs. On September 30 2010 he held the first session of the International jury of an open contest, which will define the best architectural solution.

V. Kozhin pointed out to the “uniqueness” of the project. "It is the first time that Russia will erect such a complex in France, - he said. – Therefore the requirements are quite high".
