27 November 2010

On November 26 2010 at the I.I. Shishkin Art Gallery (Yelabuga) opened the exhibition “Moscow and St. Petersburg of 19th c. in Daziaro’s lithographs”.

The exposition features lithographs from famous series of the Daziaro printing shop — historical panoramas of Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as popular in 19th c. genre sketches from albums “Russian folk scenes” and “Russian folk costumes”.

A unique chance to see Moscow and St. Petersburg as seen by Alexander Pushkin and his contemporaries has been provided by the A.S. Pushkin State Museum.
