IT and Authority: Tyumen launches the All-Russian “E-Government” Forum

The Third All-Russian Forum “E-Government – modern mechanism to govern the region” and a special “INFOTECH-2010” exhibition, which brought together over 700 participants, opened in Tyumen on November 17 2010.

Forum has attracted federal, regional and municipal authorities, who are in charge of e-govt formation, experts from Russia and abroad, as well as leading Russian and international consulting and IT companies. Today there is an especially high interest shown in the forum and the exhibition as RF regions are painstakingly working out effective models of managing the region relying on Information and Telecommunication technologies.

International experts will share their vision of how to build the regional infrastructure of e-govt in Tyumen oblast.
