IT and libraries: Web-conference on statistic monitoring

On November 3 2010 the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Russian State Library and the Russian Association of Electronic Libraries are holding the web-conference on the subject: “Organization and maintenance of works on statistic monitoring of libraries in Russia”. The Internet conference will kick off on November 3 2010 at 11 a.m. with a live webcast available at www.aselibrary.ru.

The conference casts the light on the course of works targeted at statistic monitoring of Russian libraries of all types and levels, which are being carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Russian Federation government of February 4 2009 № 131-р.

At the conference will be launched a presentation of the upgraded portal stat.rulibrary.ru, which will fix all data concerning libraries, along will completing of paper forms.
