World History: Exhibition “50th anniversary of the first manned spaceflight” in Berlin

The exhibition “50th anniversary of the first manned spaceflight” is opening April 12, 2011 at the Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin.

Many important partners such as Kunstarche association from Dresden, Aerospace Initiative Saxony (ASIS), German Space Travel Exhibition Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz, as well as the Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin have teamed up to conduct a great deal of work in order to finally unveil this interesting event.

The exhibition gives an opportunity to look into a unique world of cosmonautics and vividly narrates about Yuri Gagarin’s first flight into space and passion for space.

Along with exhibits dedicated to Yuri Gagarin the exhibition unveils interesting photographs, spacesuits, space bread and many other items. In addition, a special program will be offered to schoolchildren.
