Peoples of Russia: 350th anniversary of Buryaria’s entering into Russia to be celebrated

The celebration of 350th anniversary of Buryatia’s voluntary entering into the Russian State is kicking off July 1-3, 2011. Series of major cultural events timed to the event will be launched in Buryatia.

Within the framework of the holiday’s preparation have been started the construction and reconstruction of roads, bridges and other facilities, including those of education and public health sector. The program will also feature theoretical and practical conferences, forums, roundtable discussions, festivals, sports events.

Series of events are planned in the state’s capital city – Days of the Republic of Buryatia in Moscow, guest performances, and concerts.
