IT and Media: “Rossiyskaya gazeta” releases English language supplement to The New York Times

“Rossiyskaya gazeta” has launched an English language supplement to the popular US newspaper The New York Times which turns the spotlight on Russia.

The circulation of the monthly supplement (to come out each second Wednesday) will total 800 thousand copies. The edition will be mainly focused on economical issues and collaboration between Russia and USA.

All issues will be accessible on the project’s website at http://rbth.ru/. Besides, the supplement will come out as an e-edition.

This supplement to The New York Times – is not the only one released by “Rossiyskaya gazeta” for foreign editions. Earlier it launched supplements to the US newspaper The Washington Post, British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, French edition Le Figaro and others. Russia Beyond the Headlines is the name of the project which brings together such supplements created by representatives of Russian political and economical circles, scholars and cultural workers, as well as foreign authors.
