It is announced in a statement of the company. The project is available for discussion, everyone can take part in it. Also the site contains a feedback form, which can be used to send your comments and suggestions.

The work on the creation of common Regulations for registration of domain names in .RU and .RF has been conducted by the Coordination Center since early 2011 as part of the development of the Russian system of registering domain names. "About once every 2 years we make changes to the rules for domain names registration. This is due to the fact that the market is constantly changing, and we try to adapt the rules to these changes,” - said the director of the Coordination Center Andrei Kolesnikov. "Right now we are working on the uniformity of rules for registration of .RU and .RF domains and for us it is crucial that the discussion of these rules took part in the widest circles of the Internet community."
