Russian State Duma in December 2011, will provide access to its web site for Internet users enabling them to publish comments on bills which are under consideration by parliamentarians, said a member of the Duma Committee on information policy Robert Schlegel.

"In December, the State Duma website will provide access to Internet users for commenting all bills that are submitted to the Parliament. This will enable the deputies and the Duma as a whole to receive a constant feedback from the public, for whom the laws are approved and who live by them", - noted R. Schlegel.

According to him, first in October, this innovation will introduce the State Duma Committee on informpoliitke on its own separate site. "Now the preparatory work is completed. Once we break in on the website of our committee this format of interaction with the Russians, it will be easier to implement it on the site itself the State Duma, where it is scheduled for December," - he said.

Robert Schlegel added that now addressed the issue of how to be open access and what are the conditions for users of the site of the federal parliament who want to leave the evaluation of the deputies of their bills in the form of comments.

According to him, in October, the State Duma Committee on Information Policy will be the first to introduce this innovation on its own web site. "Now the preparatory work is being completed. Once we give trial runs to this format of interaction with the Russians on the website of our committee, it will be easier to implement it on the site of the State Duma, where it is scheduled for December," - he said.

Robert Schlegel added it is now considered the way to open the access and the conditions for users of the site of the federal parliament who want to leave their evaluation of bills in the form of comments.
