The Fourth International Conference “Telecom Services Evolution 2011. Promotion of Telecommunication Services” is running December 12th–13th 2011 in Moscow.

The focus of this conference is not limited to a particular technology or only one market segment. It gives a chance to discuss issues related to promotion of mobile services, which are at the junction of interests shared by all market players.

The highlight of discussion – is the review of current state and dynamics of development of telecommunication services in Russia and over the globe.
