Internet resources: Google releases updated Google Earth 6.2

Google has upgraded Google Earth to version 6.2. The new version displays the Earth’s surface in smooth, natural textures. The free Google Earth update is available now for download for both the mobile and desktop versions of the software.

Google’s new version smoothes out the quilt of images. According to Google Earth Product Manager, the end result is a beautiful new Earth-viewing experience that preserves the unique textures of the world’s most defining geographic landscapes. Version 6.2 also enables to view a great number of surfaces at different angles and under different weather conditions.
