IT and Law: Official law portal rolls out in Bashkortostan

This online resource will release legal documents which are compulsory for publication: laws of the Republic of Bashkortostan, documents of the State Assembly – Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan, decrees and orders of the President of Bashkortostan, decisions and orders of the Republic of Bashkortostan Government, and also normative legal documents of executive bodies of the Republic which have undergone state registration.

The new electronic source will offer citizens and organizations an easier access to regional legal documents.

The law portal which has been founded by the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, has been launched to complement the existing sources of official publication of legal documents: “Bulletin of the State Assembly – Kurultay, President and Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan”, newspapers “The Republic of Bashkortostan”, “Bashkortostan” and “Kyzyl Tan”.
