Libraries of Russia: 12 Media Centers Libraries to open in Moscow

In Moscow, it is planned to create at least 12 libraries - Media Centers, specializing in media content, which will include videos, video trips, watching performances and excursions, as well as other materials. This is stated in the materials for the meeting of the Moscow government.

Also in Moscow, will be established five Library and Information Centers equipped with modern telecommunications technology, including free internet access and Wi-Fi.

In addition, we plan to create 30 units of centralized library systems for personal use for low mobile groups of population and two electronic libraries of different specialization.
