IT: International IT, Telecommunications and Software Expo CeBIT underway in Hannover

The International Expo of Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Software CeBIT is underway in Hannover (Germany) March 6th – 10th 2012.

CeBIT is a major international event focused on Information Technologies. Combination of an exposition, conferences, business meetings presents an exceptional tool for running business and concluding contracts. Being a rapidly developing IT-market, Brazil has become an official partner of CeBIT-2012.

The general tenor of CeBIT-2012 expo is trust and security in digital environment, both in the state policy, and contacts with consumers. This theme will be a logical sequence of the focus of the past session – cloud technologies.

The event turns the spotlight on four segments: special IT-solutions for business (CeBIT pro), consumers (CeBIT life), government sector (CeBIT gov), research and innovation development (CeBIT lab). The expo presents some innovations, in particular the opportunity of flat panels to provide 3D images and security technologies, catastrophe and risk management solutions.

Organizers have announced a diverse program which includes workshops, “round tables”, discussions and an award ceremony which would recognize impressive IT accomplishments.

Delegation of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library has joined the expo-fair in Hannover.
