In 2010 was completed "Electronic Russia," the largest federal target program in the field of government agencies’ informatization. To replace the "Electronic Russia" in 2011, came "Information Society" program, which is intended to make Russia enter the information technology development top ten by international ranking and top 20 for the of e-government and network society development by 2020.

The conference will address the following issues:

- Will the new government IT projects be really socially-oriented?

- Will the Russians be able to experience all the benefits of informatization?

- Are the Russian companies ready to offer the state all necessary technologies and solutions?

- Will Russia start moving up in the international IT ranking?
