In expert’s opinion, Russia has other ways in which the country's leadership "has done a good job." "Studying the portals provided by each country, we saw significant progress in how citizens are involved in service delivery - said the director of the UN. - There is a desire to find out what people care about what they want from their government. "When the government undertakes obligations, special efforts should be made to ensure their financial and human resources are necessary for implementation of new technologies", - said Haya Chen.
The report also notes the role of public services portal, calling him a "key element" of the project of e-government.
