The working meeting of the Presidential Library specialists and the representatives of the Novosibirsk regional centre

April 4, 2012 the working meeting of the Presidential Library experts and the representatives of the Novosibirsk regional centre of access to the holdings of the Library took place. The meeting was held as a video-conference.

The practical issues of the regional centre functioning and services for readers were discussed at the meeting.

The advices on formation of the targeted audience of the regional centre as well as the issues on statistics were offered by the Presidential Library experts.

The head of the Novosibirsk regional centre V.V. Bragina touched on the issues of interaction in the field of technical aspects of the regional centre as well as in the area of promoting the Presidential Library resource in the region.

The issue on the joint video conferences was discussed in detail, as this form of the  cooperation interested the representatives of the regional centre in particularly. There was achieved a cooperation agreement between Presidential library and the Novosibirsk regional centre.

As a result of the working meeting the recommendations on providing services to readers in remote reading rooms in other regions of the country will be developed by the specialists of the Presidential library and the head of Novosibirsk regional centre.
