Information technology and culture: Virtual tour of the White House, Washington, is available at Google Art Project

The residence of U.S. presidents now becomes more accessible to ordinary citizens. Since April 3, 2012 a virtual tour of the White House is available to anyone.

“World Wide Web" users can take a “walk” around the main residence of the U.S. owing to the Google Art Project. The same website reveals the interiors of the premises of the White House, where the big politics is managed.

According to the White House press service, U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife have been working hard to make the White House more open and accessible since the inauguration."
