Russian history: “Romanovs Tsar Dynasty and Yekaterinburg” Exhibition

May 19, 2012 within the International campaign "European Night of Museums", Yekaterinburg hosted the exhibition "Romanovs Tsar Dynasty and Yekaterinburg", devoted to the birthday of Emperor Nicholas II and the 400th anniversary of the Romanovs Dynasty.

This year subject of the campaign "European Night of Museums" in Yekaterinburg is "Year of Russian history: Pictures from the Exhibition."

The exhibition is displayed at 18 booths located at the facade of the main post office in Yekaterinburg.

The exhibition has been organized by religious and educational center "Patriarchal Town Church." The aim of the exhibition is to show a close relationship of Romanovs Dynasty with the Yekaterinburg.

The exhibition is featuring unique old photographs of buildings, streets of Yekaterinburg of the late 19th - early 20th centuries, contains information about the historical street names and achievements of Yekaterinburg before the Revolution, and shows the modern views of the streets.
